Size

Which size is XXS?
Our new size range includes size XXS, to include young riders.
XXS equals a 146/152 but are a bit longer.
XS equals a 158/164.

Delivery

How can I track my order? 
You will receive a tracking link in your order shipping confirmation after we have packed and shipped your order. If you have not received your tracking link or if it is invalid, please contact our customer service on: support@allinequestrian.com  

 

How much is the shipping fee for my country?
We always offer free shipping for orders over 799 SEK in Sweden.  
You will find the shipping options that apply to your address at the check-out. See all delivery fees listed below:

What is your estimated delivery time?  
We always aim to deliver within 1-3 working days within Sweden. Deliveries to EU & DE have an estimated delivery time between 2 to 5 working days.   

Which countries are you shipping to?  
We ship to, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Italy, Norway, UK and Switzerland. 

 

Order & Payment  

Which payment methods do you offer? 
We offer a vary of payments options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and Shop Pay.

I have not received any order confirmation, what do I do?  
Please check your spam box otherwise reach out to our customer service and we'll help you support@allinequestrian.com 

I forgot to pick up my order, what do I do? 
Sometimes life gets in the way, and you forget to pick up your order or respond to the carrier. That's fine, we've all been there. However, if your order cannot be delivered after several attempts, or if your order remains uncollected at the pick-up point after several reminders have been sent, we have the right to charge you the cost of returning the order to us amounting to SEK 49 for Sweden, EUR 12 for EU, and EUR 15 for United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. 

Can I add products to my existing order?
Unfortunately, we cannot add more products to your existing order. For any questsions regarding your order, please contact our customer service at support@allinequestrian.com.


Returns

What’s your return policy?  

We have 30 days return policy, e.g., you have 30 days to return your order or items.   

You will however, unless otherwise indicated in the Online Store, be charged for the cost of the return amounting to SEK 49 for Sweden, EUR 12 for EU, EUR 15 for Norway, UK & CH.  

We will give you a full refund for any returned item if it is returned in the same condition as it was when received. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and the value of the item has been reduced, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. So, treat your products with care please.  

The products must be in their original packaging and intact with labels when returning. 

You can return the items to us in several different ways. Preferably, you can use the pre-printed return form that is included in your parcel upon delivery. Please fill in and place the return form as well as the item you wish to return in the parcel you received it in, attach the pre-printed shipping label, and drop off the parcel at a designated drop off point.

Are there any specific return instructions?
Yes, please follow your chosen delivery method for your return below.  

Return with Budbee Home: Book a return and follow the link in the text message you have received by Budbee after the order has been delivered or go to Budbee app and click on the book a return button. Choose day & time for pick up. You don’t need to print a return slip Budbee will take care of it upon arrival.

Return with Budbee Box: Book a return and follow the link in the SMS sent by Budbee after the order has been delivered. Follow the instructions and leave your parcel in selected Budbee box. Please note that the parcel cannot be bigger than the parcel box. 

Return with PostNord: Attach the prepaid return slip over the old shipping label. Drop of your parcel to the nearest PostNord Service Point or visit PostNord App to select preferred return method.

Return with Instabox

  1. Go to www.instabox.io/returns.
  2. Click button "Create Return"
  3. Add pickup information.
  4. Mark your parcel with the 4-digit Return ID.
  5. Leave the parcel outside the door before the courier arrives for easy pickup.
