In this section you will find information about our return and exchange policy and how to proceed when returning a product. The return instructions vary depending on where you are ordering from. The products must be in their original packaging and intact with labels when returning

Do you want to exchanges an item?
Make a return of the wrong size and place a new order, that's the fastest way to get a new item.

 

Return policy
We have 30 days return policy, e.g., you have 30 days to return your order or items.   

You will however, unless otherwise indicated in the Online Store, be charged for the cost of the return amounting to SEK 49 for Sweden, EUR 12 for EU, EUR 15 for Norway, UK & CH.  

We will give you a full refund for any returned item if it is returned in the same condition as it was when received. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and the value of the item has been reduced, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. So, treat your products with care please.  

You can return the items to us in several different ways. Please fill in and place the return form as well as the item you wish to return in the parcel you received it in, drop off the parcel at a designated drop off point.  

Return with Budbee Home
Book a return and follow the link in the text message you have received by Budbee after the order has been delivered or go to Budbee app and click on the book a return button. Choose day & time for pick up. You don’t need to print a return slip Budbee will take care of it upon arrival.

Return with Budbee Box
Book a return and follow the link in the SMS sent by Budbee after the order has been delivered. Follow the instructions and leave your parcel in selected Budbee box. Please note that the parcel cannot be bigger than the parcel box. 

Return with PostNord
Attach the prepaid return slip over the old shipping label. Drop of your parcel to the nearest PostNord Service Point or visit PostNord App to select preferred return method.
