 All In Equestrian Social Media Competitions 

General 

  1. These terms and conditions together with any specific instructions on All In Equestrian Competition website  www.allinequestrian.com , Instagram @allinequestrian or TikTok @allinequestrian are the Competition rules (“Rules”) and apply to All In Equestrian Spring Competition by All In Equestrian AIE AB, 556023-1663, SE-106 38 Stockholm, Sweden.  

  2. By entering the competition youe agree to be bound by these Rules and H&M’s Privacy Policy. The Competition commences 08:00am CET on May 1st and closes at 00.00pm CET on  May 5th The winner will be announced on All In Equestrian Instagram and TikTok no later than May 9th 2024"All In". 

  3.  All In may, acting reasonably and at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Rules at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or on our Competition website. The most recent terms and conditions will always be posted on our Competition website. 

  4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the results and all other matters relating to the Competition, the decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

Qualifying Entrants   

  1. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of All In Equestrian, or any of its affiliated companies within the H&M Group, are not eligible to enter the Competition. All In Equestrian reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alternative winner) if H&M is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.  

  2. The Competition is open to persons  13 years or older when entering the Competition, who are not under guardianship, with a residential address in any of All In Equestrian markets or insert relevant countries. If you are aged under 18 years, All In Equestrian assumes (and you warrant) that your parents have given their consent to you entering the Competition and accepting these Rules.  

  3. You are not entitled to enter the Competition if you are resident in a country or jurisdiction where the Competition may breach any law or regulation. Where this applies, All In Equestrian invitation to enter the Competition in such country and/or jurisdiction is withdrawn.  

  4. All In Equestrian reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. All In Equestrian also reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entries based on suspicion of infringement of any third party rights or if All In Equestrian has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. 

Competition Entries  

  1. You enter the competition by finding the image of Malin Baryard wearing the new All In Equestrian T-shirt on Instagram or TikTok and leave a comment including #Iamallin and the “otter-Emoji” as well as a argument on why you should win the Spring set from AIE. 

  2. Only Entries submitted via Instagram and TikTok which are appropriately hashtagged, described and submitted by the Competition’s closing date and time, are accepted. Only Entries from public/open Instagram/TikTok accounts are valid as Entries. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery, All In Equestrian shall not be responsible for Entries not received for whatever reason. 

  3. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. You also warrant that you own all rights in and to your Entry and that you have permission from any person/s appearing in your Entry.  

  4. There is no purchase requirement to enter the Competition and there is no charge to register for use of [Instagram/Twitter/Facebook]. 

  5. Multiple Entries are not accepted.  

  6. All In Equestrian has the right to, at its sole discretion, immediately remove any material deemed offensive. 

Judging 

  1. Entries will be judged by Team AIE, All In Equestrian  (“Judges”). Entries will be judged on level of engagement and playfulness in the comment.The Competition is a game of skills and chance plays no part in the selection of the winner. 

  2. One winner will be chosen by the Judges (the “Winner”).   

Prizes  

  1. The Winner wins a kit of accessories from All In Equestrian. The Prize is worth approximately 1400 SEK 

  2. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize cannot be returned nor exchanged in any All In Equestrian stores or online. 

  3. The Prize is awarded at All In Equestrian discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. All In Equestrian, acting reasonably, reserves the right not to select a winner. 

  4. The Winner will be notified via the same channel where the Entry was uploaded. The Winner needs to claim the Prize and submit additional information, full name/address/phone number, within 2 days of receiving the notification on [Instagram/Twitter/Facebook]. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable, failure to claim the Prize within this time or failure to submit additional information may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  

  5. All In Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with winning the Prize, else than what is specified in the Rules. If costs such as taxes or loss of income would arise as a result of winning the Competition, they shall be covered by you.   

 

Intellectual Property Rights & Use of Entries  

  1. You specifically grant All In Equestrian a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to moderate and use your Entry on any of All In Equestrian’s marketing channels.  

  2. The Entries and associated usernames will be public to all. By entering the Competition and accepting the Rules you agree your Entry can be broadcasted via digital feeds. 

  3. By entering the Competition and accepting the Rules, you agree that AIE may use your personal details for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including the use of your username. 

  4. By entering the Competition, you give AIE permission to contact you via Instagram/TikTok if you are the Winner and to use your username on via Instagram/TikTok to announce the Winner on AIE’s [Instagram/Twitter/Facebook account]. AIE will not add the Winner or any entrants to our mailing list. 

Limitation of Liability  

  1. AIE will not be liable for any system failure or malfunction via Instagram/TikTok or any consequences thereof.  

  2. H&M accepts no liability for any loss, damages or disappointment arising from entering the Competition or in any other way relating to the Competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  

 

Jurisdiction  

The Competition and Rules will be governed by Swedish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Sweden. If you access the Competition outside of Sweden, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.  

 

H&M Group Social Media Competitions Tickets to SIHS

  1. These terms and conditions together with any specific instructions on All In Equestrian ́s website www.allinequestrian.com , Instagram @allinequestrian or TikTok @allinequestrian are the Competition rules (“Rules”) and apply to the activation “All In Equestrian - Shop and Get Tickets” by All In Equestrian AIE AB / H & M Hennes & Mauritz GBC AB, 556070-1715, SE-106 38 Stockholm, Sweden (“H&M”)

    By taking part of the activation, you agree to be bound by these Rules and H&M’s Privacy Policy. The Activation commences 3PM CET on October 9tht and closes when all 80 tickets have been redeemed.

  2. All In Equestrian may, acting reasonably and at its sole discretion, apply, interpret, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Rules at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions. The most recent terms and conditions will always be posted on our Competition website.

Activation Entries

8. How to get your tickets:

  1. Shop products at www.allinequestrian.com for an amount of 1000 SEK/€100 or more.

  2. Select the product “Tickets” at checkout and complete your order.

  3. Be one the first 40 to claim tickets.

  4. Only entrances with the “Ticket-product” in the shopping cart after check out are eligible to receive the tickets.

General Information

  1. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. You also warrant that you own all rights in and to your Entry and that you have permission from any person/s appearing in your Entry.

Judging

The first 40 entrances with shopping amount of 1000SEK or more and the product “tickets” in the cart at checkout will receive 2 tickets. The number of tickets are limited, after the 40 first orders over 1000SEK are fulfilled the product “tickets” will no longer be valid.

Prizes

  1. The first 40 entrances receive 2 tickets to H&M Grand Prix at Sweden International Horse Show 2024.

  2. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize cannot be returned nor exchanged in any All In Equestrian stores or online.

  3. ThePrizeisawardedatAllInEquestriandiscretionandnoprizewillbeawardedasaresultof improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. All In Equestrian, acting reasonably, reserves the right not to select a winner.
